• Project Consultancy and assistance for The Project including all kind of the Licenses Clearances Permission Subsidy from Concerned departments/ authorities what so ever necessary for installation and operation of the Project.
• All the technical, financial, statutory support & documentation required for statutory and regulatory approvals will be prepared & supported.
• Preparation of DPR, Project Planning & Controlling.
• Complete Design & Engineering, Certifications of the Project.
• Supply of all Project related Material, Equipments Plant & Machinery.   
• Civil Construction Activities, which shall consist of RCC Work, Brick Work, Iron & Steel Fabrication, foundation and cable conduit construction.
• Installation & commissioning of all of the electrical and mechanical and other ancillary unit components.
• Operation and Maintenance of the Project for One Year.
